Dr. Tyler J. Perimenis, DDS is dedicated to helping patients feel calm, confident, and comfortable in the dental chair. His mission is to bring minimally invasive, long-lasting dentistry to the Hudson Valley, with a strong emphasis on preserving natural tooth structure while delivering highly esthetic, durable results.

With extensive training in minimal- to no-prep dentistry, Dr. Perimenis believes exceptional outcomes come from precision, conservation, and thoughtful planning. He approaches every smile makeover as more than porcelain veneers—it is a fully personalized transformation designed to enhance confidence, function, and overall oral health. Each smile is carefully crafted using a combination of artistry, advanced techniques, and state-of-the-art 3D imaging technology.

Dentistry runs deep in Dr. Perimenis’s family, spanning four generations. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, father, and brother, Dr. Perimenis earned his Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Sciences from the University of Connecticut in 2015 and graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2020, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

He has completed extensive postdoctoral training in advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry, with a strong focus on minimally invasive techniques and esthetic excellence. After graduation, he joined the family practice, where he leads the office’s esthetic and cosmetic cases.

Outside of the office, Dr. Perimenis enjoys working out, boxing, playing golf, traveling, and trying new restaurants with his wife, Dr. Pink, our board-certified orthodontist. He also enjoys spending time with his son, Luca, and their toy poodle.
