Is there anything to keep in mind?
Keep your retainer away from heat and hot water, which can warp it. Store it in its case when it's not in your mouth. We'll show you how to clean it and how often to wear it.
What should I know about recovery after?
There's no real recovery. A new retainer may feel snug for a day or two, especially a removable one. That feeling fades quickly.
