How it works
Dr. Pinkerous designs a custom smartwire for your teeth. It's placed on the back side of your teeth and pre-programmed to move them toward your goal. Since the wire does the work, you'll need fewer adjustments along the way.

What is the typical experience?
Expect a short adjustment period. Your tongue may feel a little sore and your speech may sound slightly different for the first week or two. After that, most patients forget the braces are there.
